Proper inventory management is critical to avoid overselling and ensure customer satisfaction. Learn how to set up Quixess inventory.

Getting Your Inventory Ready

Step 1: Import Products

  1. Go to ProductsImport
  2. Choose import method:
    • CSV file upload
    • Connect supplier
    • Manual entry
  3. Map columns to product fields
  4. Review and confirm

Step 2: Set Stock Levels

  1. For each product, set:
    • Available Stock: Current inventory count
    • Reserved Stock: Items held for pending orders
    • Safety Stock: Minimum buffer to maintain
  2. Enable low-stock alerts

Step 3: Configure Sync Rules

  1. Set sync frequency across channels
  2. Choose inventory calculation method:
    • Real-time sync
    • End-of-day batch
    • Manual sync
  3. Enable backorder handling
